Common use of Governmental Liens Clause in Contracts

Governmental Liens. Any Lien, levy or assessment (other than ------------------ Permitted Encumbrances) is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any part of the Collateral or the other assets of Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other Governmental Authority; or

Governmental Liens. Any Lien, levy or assessment (other than ------------------ Permitted Encumbrances) is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any part partmaterial portion of the Collateral or the other assets of Borrower or Borrower, any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or any Guarantor by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other Governmental Authority; or

Governmental Liens. Any Lien, levy or assessment (other than ------------------ Permitted Encumbrances) is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any material part of the Collateral or the other assets of Borrower any Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other Governmental Authority, in each case; or

Any Lien, levy or assessment (other than ------------------ Permitted Encumbrances) is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any material part of the Collateral or the other assets of Borrower any Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other Governmental Authority, in each case; or

Any Lien, levy or assessment (other than ------------------ Permitted Encumbrances) is filed or recorded with respect to or otherwise imposed upon all or any material part of the Collateral or the other assets of any Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by the United States or any department or instrumentality thereof or by any state, county, municipality or other Governmental Authority, in each case, except where the Borrower or Subsidiary is not material to the operations of CT on a consolidated basis; or
