Common use of Governmental Order Violations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Order Violations. The Seller is not in violation of or Default with respect to any Order of any arbitrator or Governmental Body where such violation or default is likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on Seller's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby, and to the Seller's Knowledge there is no basis for there to be declared any such violation or default which is likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Seller's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.

Governmental Order Violations. The No Seller is not in violation of or Default default with respect to any Order of any arbitrator or Governmental Body where such violation or default is likely to have a Material Adverse Effect material adverse effect on any Seller's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby, and and, to the Seller's Knowledge of the Sellers, there is no basis for there to be declared any such violation or default which that is likely to have a Material Adverse Effect material adverse effect on the any Seller's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
