Common use of Governmental Orders Clause in Contracts

Governmental Orders. Lessee agrees, at his own expense, to comply promptly with all requirements of any legally constituted public authority made necessary by reason of Lessee's occupancy and management of the Property. Lessor agrees to comply promptly with any such requirements if not made necessary by reason of Lessee's occupancy and management.
