Common use of Governmental Permits and Approvals in Corporate Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Governmental Permits and Approvals in Corporate Resolutions. Any and all permits and approvals from any governmental or regulatory body required for the lawful consummation of the Closing shall have been obtained. The Board of Directors of Better Solutions, Inc. shall have approved the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and Better Solutions, Inc. shall have delivered to WHAI, if requested, resolutions by its Board of Directors certified by the Secretary of Better Solutions, Inc. authorizing the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
