Governmental Regulation of Mortgagee. Mortgagee is subject to various Governmental Authorities and the laws, rules and regulations enacted, adopted and promulgated by them. To the extent that Mortgagee's authority to perform its obligations (if any) under this Mortgage, now or hereafter, may be limited or regulated by such Governmental Authorities, Mortgagee is hereby excused from such performance.
