Governmental Reports. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing, the Sullivans, the Xxxxxxxx Trusts and Chem-Con shall furnish, make available to Perma-Fix any and all reports, not heretofore delivered to Perma-Fix under this Agreement or which are filed subsequent to the date of this Agreement, to any state, federal or local government, agency or department, including, but not limited to, the SEC, the IRS, the EPA, the FTC and the PBGC.
