Governmental Rules and Regulations. The Company's obligation to ship orders to Distributor hereunder shall be subject to the Company's right and ability to make such sales and obtain required licenses and permits, under all applicable decrees, statutes, rules and regulations of a government or agency with competent jurisdiction presently in effect or which may be in effect hereafter.
