Governmental Rules and Regulations. In addition to our Guidelines, you will also comply with all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws of the municipal, county, and state governments or public authorities and of all their departments, bureaus and subdivisions applicable to and affecting the leased space during the term of this lease. You shall promptly comply with all orders, regulations, requirements and directives of 911, local, state and federal authorities.
