Governmental Unit’s Existence. The Governmental Unit will maintain its corporate identity and existence so long as this Loan Agreement is unpaid, unless another political subdivision by operation of law succeeds to the liabilities and rights of the Governmental Unit without adversely affecting to any substantial degree the privileges and rights of the Finance Authority.
