Governmental Use of Leased Property. During the Term of this Lease, the Leased Property will be used solely by the Lessee, and only for the purpose of performing one or more governmental or proprietary functions of the Lessee consistent with the permissible scope of the Lessee’s authority, and the Leased Property will not be subject to any direct or indirect private business use.
