The Further, the defendant understands that this plea agreement does not foreclose agrees to: (1) voluntarily terminate and cease any prosecution for participation or future participation as an act agent, business representative or petitioning employer on behalf of murderany foreign national with respect to any matter concerning the U.S. Department of Labor’s Foreign Labor Certification programs, attempted murderincluding any and all Department of Labor certifications, assistance, and resources; (2) voluntarily terminate and cease any participation or any future participation as an agent, representative or petitioning employer of any foreign national with respect to any program administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including the Citizenship and Immigration Services, including the filing for, application for, or conspiracy to commit murder; an act, attempted act or conspiracy to commit an act of physical or sexual violence; nor does it foreclose prosecution petition for immigration benefits on behalf of any criminal activity foreign national as a sponsoring petitioning employer; (3) execute any and all documents required by the U.S. Department of which Homeland Security or the United States Attorney for U.S. Department of Labor to accomplish the Western District agreements reached by the parties herein at any time of Missouri has no knowledge. The defendant understands and agrees that if the Government files additional charges against defendant for one of these exceptions, defendant will not be allowed to withdraw this guilty pleagovernment’s choosing.
