Govguams Responsibilities. Eligibility – GovGuam shall supply Company, by electronic medium acceptable to Company, with all relevant information identifying Plan Participants and shall notify Company by the tenth day of the month following any changes in Plan participation. Company has no responsibility for determining whether an individual meets the eligibility requirements of the Plan. Plan Document Review – GovGuam shall provide Company with all Plan documents at least 30 days prior to the Effective Date. Company will review the Plan documents to determine any potential differences that may exist among such Plan documents and Company’s claim processing systems and internal policies and procedures. Company does NOT review GovGuam’s Summary of Benefits and Coverage (“SBC”), Summary Plan Description (“SPD”) or other Plan documents for compliance with applicable law. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ also agrees that it is responsible for satisfying any and all Plan reporting and disclosure requirements imposed by law, including updating the SBC or SPD and other Plan documents and issuing any necessary summaries of material modifications to reflect any changes in benefits.
