Common use of GRA Expenses Clause in Contracts

GRA Expenses. The funding of the operation of the Gaming Regulatory Authority shall, prior to the Commencement Date, be a start up expense of the Enterprise and thereafter shall be an Operating Expense. The budget for the GRA shall reflect the reasonable cost of regulating the Enterprise. Disputes between the parties relating to GRA costs shall be resolved pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 of this Agreement. The decisions and actions of the GRA as to Manager shall be subject to the provisions of Article 13 hereof.
