Common use of Grace Period for Providing Registration/Lease Documentation Clause in Contracts

Grace Period for Providing Registration/Lease Documentation. An existing hangar occupant must retain a valid aircraft registration or lease document to maintain possession of the hangar. There is an automatic sixty-day grace period for existing occupants to provide current aircraft registration or lease documents to the City. The City may, at its option, grant an additional sixty-day grace period to an existing occupant, if an existing occupant makes a written request and the City approves the request.
