Grade Separation Project Clause Samples

The Grade Separation Project clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to constructing infrastructure that separates different types of traffic, such as roads and railways, at different heights or levels. This clause typically outlines the scope of work, technical standards, and coordination needed to ensure that the grade separation is completed safely and efficiently, often specifying timelines, design criteria, and parties responsible for various aspects of the project. Its core function is to ensure that the project is executed in a manner that improves safety and traffic flow by eliminating at-grade crossings, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and congestion.
