Common use of Graffiti Removal Clause in Contracts

Graffiti Removal. District Manager or its Subcontractors will remove any graffiti visible from the street within the area within Section A of this Scope of Work. This includes but is not limited to sidewalks, street light poles, public or private owned buildings, public or private owned street furniture, trashcans, utility boxes, bike racks, etc. All graffiti observed on private property shall be reported for repair within twenty- four (24) hours to the Contractor, the City, Graffiti Hotline (000) 000-0000 or Get It Done App: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/get-it-done
