Wherever the words "mortgage" or "mortgages" are used herein the same shall be deemed to include a deed of trust or trust deed, and the word "lender" shall include a mortgagee of a mortgage or a beneficiary of a deed of trust or trust deed. For purposes of this Lease, the term "rent" as used herein shall be deemed to mean any and all Minimum Rent, Additional Rent or other monetary obligations of Tenant hereunder. All references to the Lease Term shall include any extension of the Lease Term, except as otherwise provided. All references to Tenant shall include Tenant's guarantors, assignees or sublessee. All reference to the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa.

The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Lease apply in the plural sense where there is more that one Landlord or Tenant and to either corporations, associations, partnerships, or individuals, males or females, shall in all instances be assumed as though in each case fully expressed.
