Common use of Grammatical Variations Clause in Contracts

Grammatical Variations. In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, (a) words and expressions (including words and expressions (capitalized or not) defined, given extended meanings or incorporated by reference herein) in the singular include the plural and vice versa (the necessary changes being made to fit the context), (b) words in one gender include all genders and (c) grammatical variations of words and expressions (capitalized or not) which are defined, given extended meanings or incorporated by reference in this Agreement shall be construed in like manner.
