Controlling Agreement To the extent the terms of this Agreement (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time) directly conflicts with a provision in the Merger Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
Agreement Controls In the event that any term of any of the Loan Documents other than this Agreement conflicts with any express term of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control to the extent of such conflict.
Terms Herein Controlling Provisions The terms of this attachment shall prevail and control over the terms of any other conflicting provision in any other document relating to and a part of the Agreement.

TERM OF GRANT AGREEMENT The term of this Grant Agreement begins on the date this Grant Agreement is executed by the State, through final payment plus three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement. However, all work shall be completed in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit C.

Participant Agreement I understand that as a condition for participating in the Program I must comply with the Program’s rules and standards of conduct and follow all reasonable direction of the Program Staff. Failure to comply with the Program’s rules and standards of conduct or failure to comply with the reasonable direction of Program Staff may result in my being dismissed from the Program. I accept responsibility for all costs associated with removing my child from the Program, including but not limited to transportation costs to return the Participant home.
