Grant and Exercise of SARs. SARs may be granted to Participants by the Committee independently of any Option granted pursuant to this Article or as a Corresponding SAR. In the case of a Corresponding SAR granted in tandem with a Nonstatutory Option, such SAR may be exercised either at or after the time of the exercise of such Nonstatutory Option. In the case of a Corresponding SAR granted in tandem with an Incentive Stock Option, such SAR may be exercised only at the time of the exercise of such Incentive Stock Option.
