Common use of Grant Distribution Clause in Contracts

Grant Distribution. Notification to eligible applicants regarding the amount they have been awarded for the FIRST grant distribution will be made no later than January 31, 2025, and will be applied by the end of the month. • Notification to eligible applicants regarding the amount they have been awarded for the SECOND grant distribution will be made no later than April 30, 2025, and will be applied by the end of that month. • XX XXXXX FUNDS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND CAN ONLY BE APPLIED TO PLAYER DUES FOR THE CURRENT SEASON • The initial deposit and any other payments made throughout the season WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE PLAYER, PLAYER’S PARENT, OR DONOR FROM THE GRANT DISTRIBUTION.
