Grant of Affiliation. A. Affiliation. Foundation hereby recognizes Club as an affiliate of the Foundation for purposes of qualifying as a subordinate organization of the Foundation.
Grant of Affiliation. 2.1 The University grants affiliation to the Club for the term of one year, subject to the Club complying with the terms of this Agreement.
Grant of Affiliation. YVC hereby grants to the Affiliate, and the Affiliate accepts, affiliation to operate a program utilizing the “Youth Volunteer Corps” or “YVC” name. YVC agrees not to enter into any agreements after this date and for the duration of this Agreement with any other individual or organization for the purpose of operating a Youth Volunteer Corps in the same geographic area without first consulting with the Affiliate and only then for the purpose of serving a broader portion of the geographic area in close coordination with the Affiliate.
Grant of Affiliation. Client grants to Affiliate and Affiliate accepts the non-exclusive right to operate the Program and, for that purpose, to use the Program model and methodologies ("Program Model"), all on the terms set out in this Agreement. Affiliate may operate the Program only in the metro area ("Region"). Client will not establish relationships with other organizations to operate a Program in the Region.
Grant of Affiliation. A. Affiliation. Foundation hereby recognizes Authorized Group as an affiliate of the Foundation.
Grant of Affiliation. Foundation hereby grants to Chapter and Chapter accepts the exclusive, non-transferable right to be affiliated with Foundation and to be known as the "Wikimedia [Region]" Chapter for as long as this Agreement remains in effect.
Grant of Affiliation. Client hereby grants to Chapter and Chapter accepts the [non- exclusive / exclusive], non-transferrable right to be affiliated with Client and to be known as the “[ ] [Region]” Chapter for as long as this Agreement remains in effect.
Grant of Affiliation. 1. The Company grants the Affiliate and Affiliate accepts the non-exclusive right and obligation to promote the Company and its services within the Affiliate’s network.
Grant of Affiliation. Quota USA hereby grants to Affiliate or member of a dissolving affiliate and these parties accept the nonexclusive, nontransferable right to be affiliated with Quota USA.
