Common use of Grant of Awards Clause in Contracts

Grant of Awards. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants to Participant on the Award Date: (a) PSU Award - for the period beginning on January 1, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2018 (the “Performance Period”), an award of __________ performance share units (“PSUs” and such award, the “PSU Award”);
