Common use of GRANT OF CALL Clause in Contracts

GRANT OF CALL. Subject to Section 2 and 5 hereof, Buyer hereby irrevocably grants and issues to Company the right and option to purchase from Buyer all or any portion of the Shares at a purchase price of $.02 per Share ("Company's Call").
