Common use of Grant of Continuing Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Grant of Continuing Security Interest. Borrower hereby grants to BACC a continuing security interest in all presently existing and hereafter acquired or arising Collateral in order to secure prompt repayment of the Obligations and in order to secure prompt performance by Borrower of each and all of its covenants and Obligations under the Loan Documents and otherwise. BACC's continuing security interest in the Collateral shall attach to all Collateral without further act on the part of BACC or Borrower.
