Common use of Grant of Copyright License Clause in Contracts

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the University and to recipients of software distributed by the University a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Grant of Copyright License. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the University Board and to recipients of software distributed by the University Board a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-no- charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the University Maintainer and to recipients of software distributed by the University Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the University Company and to recipients of software distributed by the University Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusivenon­exclusive, no-chargeno­charge, royalty-freeroyalty­free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.
