Common use of Grant of Copyright License Clause in Contracts

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you hereby grant us, and recipients of any product distributed by us, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no- charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, and sublicense your Contributions and all derivative works.
