Common use of Grant of License and Term Clause in Contracts

Grant of License and Term. The City hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, subject to the terms of this License. This License shall commence on January 1, 2022 and expire on December 31, 2024 (“Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Grant of License and Term. The City hereby grants to Licensee at no charge a revocable, non-non- exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Parkway Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, for the Event subject to the terms of this License. This License shall commence on January 1, 2022 2020 at 12:01 AM and expire on December 31, 2024 January 1 at 11:59 PM (“Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Grant of License and Term. The City hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, (hereinafter License Area) subject to the terms of this License. This License shall commence on January 1, 2022 2019 and expire on December 31, 2024 2021 (“Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Grant of License and Term. The City hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Station license area (“Transit Station License Area”), which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, subject to the terms of this LicenseAgreement. This License Agreement shall commence on January 1September 16, 2022 and expire on December 31September 16, 2024 2022 (“the "Term”"), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Grant of License and Term. The City hereby grants to Licensee at no charge a revocable, non-non- exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Parkway Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit AA and described in Paragraph 3 herein, for the Event subject to the terms of this License. This License shall commence on January 1December 9, 2022 2023 at 6:00 AM and expire on December 3110, 2024 2023 at 6:00 PM (“Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Grant of License and Term. The City hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Station license area (“Transit Station License Area”), which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, subject to the terms of this LicenseAgreement. This License Agreement shall commence on January 1September 18, 2022 2021 and expire on December 31September 18, 2024 2021 (“the "Term”"), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

The City hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, (hereinafter “License Area”) subject to the terms of this License. This License shall commence on January 1, 2022 and expire on December 31, 2024 (“Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

The City hereby grants to Licensee at no charge a revocable, non-non- exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Parkway Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, for the Event subject to the terms of this License. This License shall commence on January 1, 2022 at 12:01 AM and expire on December 31, 2024 January 1 at 11:59 PM (“Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided herein.
