Common use of Grant of License in Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Grant of License in Deliverables. Tenable grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, irrevocable (except in case of breach of the Agreement or SOW) perpetual right to use, copy and create derivative works from the Deliverables (without the right to sublicense) for Customer’s or Customer’s Affiliates internal business operations, as contemplated by the applicable SOW or Services Brief.
