Grant of License in the Isis Technology by Isis. During the term of this Agreement, Isis hereby grants to RoboDesign a, nonexclusive, nonassignable, nontransferable royalty-free license to use, modify, copy, incorporate, create derivative works from the Isis Technology solely for the purpose of performing RoboDesign's obligations under this Agreement.
