Common use of Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to Customers, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Reporting on applications of any third party is prohibited.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of applications of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.)

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Packaging Services to Customers for such Customers’ internal purposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of Devices of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Providing advisories or vulnerability updates (x) on applications located within third party systems or (y) to third parties other than Contractors is prohibited.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon Licensee’s payment of the applicable Order Confirmationfees shown on the invoice and acceptance of this Agreement, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of Devices of any third party requires a service provider license.

Management of Instances for the benefit of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee Licensee, solely for use with respect to the specific Customer identified and term specified in such Order Confirmation, a non-non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering IT Services to CustomersCustomer for such Customer’s internal purposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of Instances for the benefit of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Agreement, during the term specified on the applicable Order ConfirmationSchedule, Flexera Software grants to Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-non- exclusive license to useuse Software for internal purposes at Licensee’s and/or Affiliate’s site(s) only, within but only in accordance with (a) the Documentation, (b) this Agreement and (c) the License Level, for . Software shall also include any Documentation and any Support and Maintenance releases of the sole purpose of providing same Software Engineering Services product provided to Customers, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) DocumentationLicensee under this Agreement.

Management of Devices of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee Licensee, solely for use with respect to the specific Customer identified and term specified in such Order Confirmation, a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering IT Services to CustomersCustomer for such Customer’s internal purposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Grant of License. Scanning or analyzing applications of any third party shall require a separate license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of Devices of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Packaging Services to Customers for such Customers’ internal purposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to Customers, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee Ordering Activity a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to CustomersInternal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of applications of any third party shall require a service provider license.
