Grant of Non-Exclusive License. 2.1 Licensor hereby grants and Licensee hereby accepts a non-exclusive license under the Licensed Patent to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale or import Licensed Products in and into the Licensed Territory and to practice the Licensed Methods in the Licensed Territory. This license shall terminate at the same time this agreement terminates.
