Common use of Grant of Nonexclusive Common Area License and Right Clause in Contracts

Grant of Nonexclusive Common Area License and Right. Subject to the provisions of Section 10.7 and Exhibit C, Landlord hereby grants to Tenant and its permitted subtenants a non-exclusive license and right ,in common with Landlord and all persons, firms and entities conducting business in the Building and their respective agents, employees, guests, customers, invitees and subtenants, to use the Common Area for vehicular parking, for pedestrian and vehicular ingress, egress and travel, and for such other purposes and for doing such other things as may be provided for, authorized and/or permitted by this Lease and the Restrictions, such nonexclusive license and right to be appurtenant to Tenant’s leasehold estate created by this Lease. The nonexclusive license and right granted pursuant to the provisions of this Article X shall be subject to the provisions of the Restrictions, which pertain in any way to the Common Area covered by such Restrictions, and the provisions of this Lease.

The nonexclusive license and right rights granted pursuant to the provisions of this Article X shall be subject to the provisions of the Restrictions, which pertain in pertaining any way to the Common Area covered by such Restrictions, and the provisions of this Lease.

The nonexclusive license and right rights granted pursuant to the provisions of this Article X 10 shall be subject to the provisions of the Restrictions, which pertain in any way to the Common Area covered by such Restrictions, and the provisions of this Lease.

The nonexclusive license and right rights granted pursuant to the provisions of this Article X shall be subject to the provisions of the Restrictions, which pertain in any way to the Common Area covered by such Restrictions, and the provisions of this Lease.

The nonexclusive license and right granted pursuant to the provisions of this Article X shall be subject to the provisions of the Restrictions, which pertain in any way to the Common Area covered by such Restrictions, and the provisions of this Lease.
