Common use of Grant of Nonexclusive License Clause in Contracts

Grant of Nonexclusive License. Borrower hereby grants to Lender a royalty-free, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use, apply, and affix any trademark, trade name, logo, or the like in which Borrower now or hereafter has rights, such license being with respect to Lender's exercise of the rights hereunder including, without limitation, in connection with any completion of the manufacture of Inventory or sale or other disposition of Inventory.
