Common use of Grant of Option; Grant Date Clause in Contracts

Grant of Option; Grant Date. The Company hereby grants to Holder, the right (the "Option") to purchase up to 50,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock (the "Option Shares") at a price per share of $1.00 (the "Exercise Price"), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Option is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option for purposes of Section 422 of the Code. The number and kind of Option Shares and the Exercise Price may be adjusted in certain circumstances in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 below.
