Common use of Grant of Options Clause in Contracts

Grant of Options. The Company grants to Optionee stock options (the "Options") to purchase up to a total of 35,322,578 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock"), at such time(s) and at such price(s) as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached to Consulting Services Agreement and any amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as Exhibit "A").

Grant of Options. The Company hereby grants to Optionee stock options (the "“Options"”) to purchase up to a total of 35,322,578 _THIRTY THOUSAND_ (30,000) shares of the Company's common stock, par value Common Stock of the Company at a purchase price of $.001 0.08 per share (the "Common Stock"“Exercise Price”), at such time(s) on the terms and at such price(s) as conditions hereinafter set forth on Exhibit "A" attached to Consulting Services Agreement and any amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as Exhibit "A")forth.

The Company grants to Optionee stock options (the "Options") to purchase up to a total of 35,322,578 Twenty-Three Million (23,000,000) fully paid and nonassessable shares of the Company's common stockCommon Stock, par value $.001 .01 per share share, of the Company (the "Common StockShares"), at such time(s) and at such price(s) to be issued upon the exercise of the Options, as set forth on Exhibit below. Such Options are granted pursuant to the Consulting Agreement dated January 23, 2003 between the Company and Optionee (the "A" attached to Consulting Services Agreement and any amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as Exhibit "AAgreement").

Grant of Options. The Company grants to Optionee stock options (the "Options") to purchase up to a total of 35,322,578 Two Million (2,000,000) fully paid and nonassessable shares of the Company's common stockCommon Stock, par value $.001 .01 per share share, of the Company (the "Common StockShares"), at such time(s) and at such price(s) to be issued upon the exercise of the Options, as set forth on Exhibit below. Such Options are granted pursuant to the April 17, 2003 Consulting Agreement between the Company and Optionee (the "A" attached to Consulting Services Agreement and any amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as Exhibit "AAgreement").

Grant of Options. Such Options are granted pursuant to the September 30, 2002 Consulting Agreement between the Company and Optionee (the "A" attached to Consulting Services Agreement and any amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as Exhibit "AAgreement").

Grant of Options. The Company grants to Optionee stock options (the "Options") to purchase up to a total of 35,322,578 Five Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand (5,750,000) fully paid and nonassessable shares of the Company's common stockCommon Stock, par value $.001 .01 per share share, of the Company (the "Common StockShares"), at such time(s) and at such price(s) to be issued upon the exercise of the Options, as set forth on Exhibit below. The Company grants to Optionee stock options (the "Options") to purchase up to a total of 35,322,578 Twenty-Five Million (25,000,000) fully paid and nonassessable shares of the Company's common stockCommon Stock, par value $.001 .01 per share share, of the Company (the "Common StockShares"), at such time(s) and at such price(s) to be issued upon the exercise of the Options, as set forth on Exhibit below. Such Options are granted pursuant to the July 14, 2003 First Amendment of the September 30, 2002 Consulting Agreement between the Company and Optionee (the "A" attached to Consulting Services Agreement and any amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as Exhibit "AAgreement").

Grant of Options. The Subject to the terms of this Option Agreement, the Company hereby grants to Optionee stock the Grantee options (the "Options") to purchase up to a total 5,000 shares (the "Option Shares") of 35,322,578 the authorized but unissued shares of the Company's common stockCommon Stock, $0.01 par value $.001 per share share, of the Company (the "Common Stock") at a price per Option Share equal to $14.50 (the "Exercise Price"), at such time(s) .
