Common use of Grant of Performance Share Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Performance Share Units. The Company confirms the grant on ###GRANT_DATE### (the “Grant Date”) to the Participant, the target number of ###TOTAL_AWARDS### Performance Share Units (“PSUs”). All PSUs granted under this Agreement are intended to be Performance Based Awards. The PSUs are notional units of measurement denominated in Shares of common stock (i.e., one PSU is equivalent in value to one Share of common stock of the Company). The PSUs represent an unfunded, unsecured right to receive Shares and dividend equivalent payments in the future if the conditions in the Plan and this Agreement are satisfied.
