Common use of Grant of Performance Share Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Performance Share Units. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of the Plan, the Company hereby grants to the Employee a target award (“Target Award”) of [insert: applicable number] Performance Share Units (“PSUs”).
