Common use of Grant of PSU Award Clause in Contracts

Grant of PSU Award. Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (together with its Subsidiaries, the “Company”) has granted to the Participant (the “Participant”) an award (the “Award”) of the target number of performance stock units specified in the Participant’s electronic account, effective on the “Grant Date” specified in the Participant's electronic account. The Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Award Agreement. The Award is granted under the Plan, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Award Agreement.

Grant of PSU Award. Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (together with its Subsidiaries, the “Company”) has granted to the Participant (the “Participant”) (the Company and the Participant collectively, the “Parties”), an award (the “Award”) of the target number of performance stock units specified in the Participant’s electronic account, effective on the “Grant Date” specified in the Participant's electronic account. The Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Award Agreement. The Award is granted under the Plan, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Award Agreement.
