Common use of Grant of PSUs Clause in Contracts

Grant of PSUs. The Company hereby grants to the Grantee under the Plan, as a separate incentive in connection with his or her employment and not in lieu of any salary or other compensation for his or her services, the number of Performance Stock Units (“PSUs”) indicated in the notice of grant, subject to all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement and the Plan. This type of Award is referred to as “Performance Shares” under the Plan.
