Common use of Grant of Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Stock Units. The Company hereby grants to the Participant, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, 3,670 Restricted Stock Units. The Participant shall not possess any incidents of ownership (including, without limitation, dividend and voting rights) in Shares in respect of the Restricted Stock Units until such Restricted Stock Units have been distributed to the Participant in the form of Shares.

Grant of Restricted Stock Units. The Company hereby grants to the Participant, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, 3,670 2,000 Restricted Stock Units. The Participant shall not possess any incidents of ownership (including, without limitation, dividend and voting rights) in Shares in respect of the Restricted Stock Units until such Restricted Stock Units have been distributed to the Participant in the form of Shares.

Grant of Restricted Stock Units. The Company hereby grants In consideration for the Participant’s execution of this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement, including the provisions of Section 10 (Restrictive Covenants) and his service to the ParticipantCompany and/or its Subsidiaries, and subject to the terms and conditions of set forth in this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement and the Plan, 3,670 the Company grants to the Participant Seventy-Five Thousand (75,000) Restricted Stock Units. The Participant shall not possess any incidents of ownership (including, without limitation, dividend and voting rights) in Shares in respect of the Restricted Stock Units until such Restricted Stock Units have been distributed to the Participant in the form of Shares.

The Participant Holder shall not possess any incidents of ownership (including, without limitation, dividend and voting rights) in Shares in respect of the Restricted Stock Units until such Restricted Stock Units have been distributed to the Participant Holder in the form of Shares.
