Common use of Grant of Restricted Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Units. The Company hereby grants to the Grantee, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, ___ Restricted Share Units (the “Restricted Units”) (subject to adjustment under Section 4.2 of the Plan). The Grantee’s rights with respect to the Restricted Units shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the vesting and settlement of the Restricted Units pursuant to this Agreement.
