Common use of Grant of Rights; Maintenance of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Grant of Rights; Maintenance of Agreements. It has not, and will not during the term of this Agreement, grant any right to any third party that would conflict with the rights granted to the other party hereunder. It has (or will have at the time performance is due) maintained and will maintain and keep in full force and effect all agreements (including license agreements) and filings (including patent filings) necessary to perform its obligations hereunder.
