Common use of Grant of RSUs Clause in Contracts

Grant of RSUs. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Notice and in the Plan, pursuant to authorization under a resolution of the Committee, the Company has granted to the Grantee as of _________ __, 20__ (the “Date of Grant”) ______ Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”).
