Common use of Grant of Security Interest Collateral Assignment Clause in Contracts

Grant of Security Interest Collateral Assignment. As collateral security for the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of the Obligations, and subject to Prior Liens set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement, Debtor hereby grants to Secured Party a first priority security interest in all of Debtor's assets, which assets are collectively referred to herein as the "COLLATERAL" and include, without limitation:
