GRANT OF SHARE TRANSFER OPTION AND ASSET PURCHASE OPTION. 2.1 The Existing Shareholders hereby severally and jointly agree to irrevocably and unconditionally grant the WFOE, and the WFOE agrees to accept, an exclusive share transfer option, pursuant to which the WFOE is entitled to require the Existing Shareholders, to the extent permitted by the PRC Laws, to transfer the Option Shares to it or the entity or individual designated by it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
