Common use of Grant of Sublicense Clause in Contracts

Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BGI hereby grants to iShares Trust a sublicense to use the Indexes (and associated data, information, and Marks) listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement.

Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BGI hereby grants to iShares Trust a sublicense to use the Indexes Index (and associated data, information, information and Marks) listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement.

Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BGI hereby grants to iShares Trust a sublicense to use the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Indexes (and associated data, data and information, and Marks) listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement, including without limitation the restriction in paragraph 3 of the License Agreement that iShares Trust will not have the further power to sublicense third parties to use the Xxxxxxx Sachs Indexes.
