Common use of Grant of Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Units. The Company hereby grants to the Participant, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Total Number of Restricted Stock Units set forth in the Grant Notice, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4.3 and Section 10. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Grant Notice, this Agreement and the Plan, each Unit represents a right to receive on a date determined in accordance with the Grant Notice and this Agreement one (1) share of Stock.

Grant of Units.
