Grant of Use License. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Depositor hereby transfers and upon execution by DSI, DSI hereby accepts a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free Use License which DSI will transfer to Preferred Registrant upon controlled release of the Deposit as described in the Agreement. The Use License will be for the sole purpose of continuing the benefits afforded to Preferred Registrant through any existing license, maintenance, or other agreement with Depositor.
