Common use of Grant of use rights to the Software Clause in Contracts

Grant of use rights to the Software. 2.1.1 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement including without limitation the restrictions and limitations set out in sections 2, 3 and 8, as well as payment of applicable License Fees, Capture One hereby grants to you a limited and non- exclusive right to install and/or use the Software, including Capture One Live, cf. section 2.8, solely for your own internal purposes.
